Is it really free?
Yes, if your company's annual revenue is under $30,000: every feature, unlimited invoices, no credit card. Above that, you get 6 months free on paid plans. The threshold that applies to your account is the one in force when you sign up.
How do the launch offers work?
If your revenue is under $30,000 a year, tcleef is free. Above that, the Pro and Business plans start with 6 months free, then you pay the launch price for as long as you stay subscribed. Paying yearly gives you 2 months free. Paying Business yearly, we also build your showcase website, live within 7 days. Valid for any sign-up before 31 December 2026.
Do my invoices follow the rules of my country?
You enter your legal details (tax ID, company number) once: they appear on every quote and invoice. You set your own tax rates, totals are worked out automatically, and a validated invoice is locked and corrected with a credit note.
Can I do everything from my phone?
Yes. Write the quote at the customer's, get it signed on the spot and follow payments from the tcleef app, on iOS and Android.
How does electronic quote signing work?
You send a secure link to your client by email. They open it on their phone, computer or tablet — without creating an account. They verify their identity via an OTP code sent to their email, then sign with a finger or mouse. A signed PDF with an audit certificate (timestamp, IP, OTP) is generated and archived with the quote. The signature is legally enforceable.
How are deposits and linked invoices handled?
Deposits and final invoices are calculated automatically. From an accepted quote, you generate a deposit invoice (as a % or an amount) then the balance invoice — the amount due is always right, and the deposit is deducted automatically. The full chain (quote → deposit → balance) stays visible on the project record.
How do I track my payments and follow up with clients?
Real-time dashboard: collected, pending, accepted quotes, month-over-month trends. Filters by client, status or period. When you send an invoice by email, you see live when the client opened, downloaded and paid it — no more following up blindly. Excel export in one click.
Can I import my data from another tool?
Yes. CSV / Excel import for clients, items and history. Our team helps you for free with migration from Sage, EBP, Quickbooks or any other tool. Most migrations take less than 48 hours.
Can I customise my invoices and quotes?
