What documents can I create?
Quotes, invoices, deposit invoices, credit notes and refunds. Quote → invoice conversion in one click. Professional PDF with your branding, automatic net / VAT / total calculations, multi-VAT, line or global discounts. No limited version — everything is included from sign-up.
How does electronic quote signing work?
You send a secure link to your client by email. They open it on their phone, computer or tablet — without creating an account. They verify their identity via an OTP code sent to their email, then sign with a finger or mouse. A signed PDF with an audit certificate (timestamp, IP, OTP) is generated and archived with the quote. The signature is legally enforceable.
How are deposits and linked invoices handled?
Deposits and final invoices are calculated automatically. From an accepted quote, you generate a deposit invoice (as a % or an amount) then the balance invoice — the amount due is always right, and the deposit is deducted automatically. The full chain (quote → deposit → balance) stays visible on the project record.
How do I track my payments and follow up with clients?
Real-time dashboard: collected, pending, accepted quotes, month-over-month trends. Filters by client, status or period. When you send an invoice by email, you see live when the client opened, downloaded and paid it — no more following up blindly. Excel export in one click.
Are my invoices and quotes customizable?
